Are you an Internal Communications Manager, with significant employee engagement and internal communications experience, looking to join a Top 20 law firm on a 12 month FTC in Manchester or Leeds?

EMR are working with a leading international law firm to recruit an Internal Communications Manager who will have responsibility for leading on large engagement campaigns and change projects.

It is an exciting time for the firm, who are proactively growing headcount and market share in the middle of a recession, and this position will play a critical supporting role in continued growth.

If the role sounds of interest, your skills and experience will include:

  • Significant internal communications experience across employee engagement and change programmes
  • Experience managing small teams and providing strategic guidance to junior members
  • Experience acting as an in-house journalist, finding the human interest stories to inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience of providing communications counsel to senior stakeholders
  • Experience of Office 365 and Sharepoint is advantageous
