The Internal Communications Director will partner with the People function to provide communications expertise to embed the company's new People Experience across the broader organisation, and in support of transforming the People function, its operating model and value proposition. As an Internal Communications Director you'll also drive companywide engagement initiatives that build thought leadership, employee advocacy and engagement.

In this role, you'll be required to lead, develop and execute impactful communications strategies and plans that need resonate with our people and leaders. You'll work with Executive leaders across the business, in particular HR, Communications, and other stakeholders to ensure our communications reflect our brand and align with strategic priorities and people experience. The role includes people management to deliver on the mandate.

To be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of supporting change and transformation while developing engaging internal communications plans. This experience will ideally have been gained within financial services.
