With modern offices, breakout areas, on-site café and bar this Hammersmith based entertainment company is looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join an existing team of 5 analysts within the CRM Division.
The Role:
This role sits with the CRM team and works with 5 analysts who are spread across two difference offices. This role will see you working with large amounts of consumer data across a wide range of brands. You will need to be able to use data to tell a commercial story and have the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on consumer trends.
In your role you will:
- Look at buying partners and understand how to drive new customer acquisition.
- Provide insights into CRM marketing activities.
- Review consumer segmentation's and customer profiling.
- Develop suggestions for marketing strategies via the consumer insight you will produce.
- Be required to present to senior stakeholders and the wider business on your insights and findings.

- They have a very large emphasis on innovation and creativity, recently going through a digital transformation which has seen the business become data centric. This has caused large expansion for the data team with new roles being created.
- They are a very social company with team events, nights out and a annual summer festival outside of London.
To qualify for this role, you will need to be:
- Have strong experience within SQL and be comfortable working with raw and unstructured data.
- You will need to come from a background of CRM analytics and understand life cycle marketing.
- Naturally outgoing and inquisitive.
- Interested in consumer insights and consumer behaviour
- Be confident in presenting your findings to key stakeholders.
