This membership provider is a leading and well-known household name. With a global brand and based in Convent Garden you will be working within a Data and Analytics team of 5. This team is rapidly growing and operates as a hub to the business.
You will support the Product, Marketing and wider Digital teams, by analysing the performance across all digital marketing channels. This role will have you working with sales and marketing data and reporting on the performance of different marketing channels and spend. This role is a critical role for the business as they make marketing strategy decisions based on the data that you will provide.
The role:
- I will see you work across multiple channels and will have you working with multiple key data points.
- You will work with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, self-service visualisation, and the use of digital marketing initiates.
- You will also be heavily involved in reviewing sales and forecasting and reviewing the ROI of marketing spend.
- This role will see you mainly working on Excel however visualization experience would be an added bonus. There is room to work with new technologies and training on these.
- You will get a large amount of exposure to stakeholders within this role so clear and confident commiseration skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate data, reporting, and access to data & reporting for business users
- Deliver and support daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements across the digital team and business users - not simply delivering data, but also providing insight & suggestions for improvement
- Deliver change to existing systems, processes, reporting and analysis
- Perform analysis on the data & reporting in order to drive customer and business insight in order to improve performance and results, in particular across:
- Sales channels - including search, display, email, and affiliates
- Self-service channels - which are being developed, incl. Pega iFrame
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, consumer experience research and new technologies and propose & deliver opportunities for improvement working with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Background in Insights and Data analytics with hands-on attitude & ability to deliver
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experienced in working with sales and marketing data.
- Experience of developing reporting and demonstrable success in taking this reporting and producing analysis that informs business decisions (e.g. budget efficiencies, improved sales performance, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital (web, app, other), best practice design and technical understanding an advantage
