An exciting new Sales & Marketing Leader role working for a leading medical organization. Reporting into the Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving Sales and Marketing operations for the respective portfolio through the development and execution of marketing and commercial programmes, campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.

This entails strategic pricing and positioning, marketing planning, product marketing, product expert support, alignment with clinical marketing as well as driving commercialization (launch) to bring new products to market as well as life cycle management in close collaboration with the respective portfolio management and regional point of contact partners.

Your profile:

o Strategic full marketing mix experience gained within MedTech settings. Sales experience would be a plus

o Sufficient understanding of the RT and / or Informatics market, products and clinical usage

o Track record in working in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and international environments

o Persistent and persuasive behaviour to own and drive cross-functional collaboration

o Ability to serve as a product evangelist and communicate the long-term vision for the product line

o Self-starting, entrepreneurial mind-set - not shying away from doing groundwork when needed

o Proven project management skills

Salary £90,000 plus benefits
