A leading property firm are recruiting for a Head of Marketing in Dubai to lead their Middle East offering. You will manage the marketing and report into senior stakeholders to help shape the direction of the business.

You will build on their strong reputation across the Middle East and help them expand their operations in Africa. This role is ideal for someone already managing a team or someone willing to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the UK marketing team and aim to continue their best in class marketing outputs to support their impressive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current marketing outputs and create new marketing strategy
  • Carry out integrated marketing campaigns - online and offline utilising innovative tactics
  • Manage marketing budget and regularly report on progress of campaigns
  • Manage marketing team and flow of all marketing output
  • Develop a content calendar that fits in with key events
  • Oversee all current events and award submissions
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing technology and implement where possible
  • Internal communications - build relationships with stakeholders across the region

Experience

  • Created broad marketing strategy and managed budgets
  • Worked closely with senior stakeholders - advising on marketing direction
  • Event experience - involved with the full cycle of a variety of events
  • PR experience - building relationships and secured excellent opportunities
  • Management experience
  • Track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Managed agencies to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge
