Description

Responsibilities include:-

  • To develop, and regularly review, a marketing strategy in support of the organisation's ambitions.
  • To implement and manage marketing and communication plans to:
  • Support income generation activities across the organisation
  • Develop sales and cross-promotional competencies
  • Utilise resources ensuring maximum return on investment
  • Raise awareness of the organisation
  • Maximise community and local engagement
  • Ensure effective internal communications
  • Increase influence within the local health and social care system

In Addition you will:-

  • Direct the efforts of the marketing team as business partners with other departments in delivering the organisation's ambitions
  • Create implement and measure comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations programmes to enhance the organisations image and position within the local community.
  • Develop and implement an effective internal communications plan and approach and ensure all team members are building beneficial internal relationships to enhance their contribution to the team plans and organisational ambitions.
  • Act as internal Brand Guardian and champion.
  • Ensure a strong and creative social media presence across a range of digital channels.
  • Work with other teams to maximise any commercial, fundraising and marketing opportunities. Offer advice and support to colleagues in developing commercial approaches, solutions and promotions to help develop and grow their products and services.
