Based in the heart of London city this FTSE 250, Fintech company is looking for a strong leader to Head their Consumer Analytics Function.
This is a key strategic leadership role which will see you sitting within the leadership team and dealing heavily with the senior executive team as well as the board.
With offices in over 10+ countries and a 30 year legacy in the market, you will be joining to lead an existing analytics team of 7. You will be a strong leader with proven experience of developing members of the team and driving growth.
Data is a critical function for the business with the board and Sr. Exec team very invested in analytics. Data is seen as a key tool when making business-critical decisions. The business is in high growth and requires someone who is wanting to work in an SME environment which will require you to have a large amount of responsibility in making key business decisions.
The role:
- You will be reporting to the CMO and working closely with the BI and Data Science team to drive consumer insights.
- Offer strategic advice around marketing strategey and acquistion.
- Own the analytics roadmap for marketing functions across performance marketing, media, and CRM activities.
- Review strategy and develop customer analytics including, segmentation, CRM and lifecycle marketing analytics.
- Be involved in reporting key insights to the Executive team and Board.
- Lead and manage the team of 7, including training and development, requirement of new staff.
You will:
- Be a Senior leader in Analytics currently reporting to the Executive team.
- Have a proven track record of developing an Analytics Function
- Have a strong understanding of all marketing channels and the analytics needed to make critical business decisions.
- Experienced in developing junior members of staff and providing hands-on training.
- Have hands-on experience analysing consumer behaviour and creating a strategy around life-cycle marketing or loyalty.
- Enjoy inspiring others and have a natural passion for technology and analytics.
- Enjoy working in a start-up/SME environment, and understand that this requires flexibility and that your role will require you to wear many hats.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Adobe Tech
- Experience working with SQL
- Hands-on experience working with Tableau
