A fast-growing start-up offering a unique online payment solution to shoppers is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join their London office.

As Head of Growth Marketing you will be responsible for bringing in e-merchant leads into their sales pipeline. You will launch, track, and optimize programs & campaigns across multiple channels to acquire and move prospects down the funnel. You will focus on Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and monitor paid acquisition and Intent-based marketing campaigns
  • Build ads, and launch new channels from scratch (targeting, creating, tracking, reporting)
  • Implementation of growth hacking initiatives in a "test and learn" model to generate growth
  • Be the owner of the ad tracking plan
  • Build reporting dashboards addressing common SaaS attribution issues
  • Improve main KPIs on a recurring basis (ads CTR, CPL, CPA, number of leads and customers generated, number of qualified demos booked by the Sales Team)
  • Explore new channels, perform competitive intelligence, and suggest new ideas
  • Reach sound understanding of ICPs and come up with highly targeted ad campaigns to fuel growth in these targets.

Key Skills & Experience

  • B2B Performance Marketing experience (within a Saas environment a plus)
  • Marketing and data tools expert
  • Strong in customer segmentation
  • Metrics driven and structured, enjoying building processes
  • Experience with targeting merchants an advantage
  • Proven track record in terms of motivating staff and driving people to success & performance.
