Responsibilities:
- Deliver the profit target for the business from 3rd party Affiliate lead generation providers
- Manage the existing 3rd party relationships to ensure they deliver the lead volumes required and the lead quality required, to meet daily lead, sales and profit requirements
- Set breakeven and profit target points for including lead volume, conversion rate, average income per sale, cost per sale, profit per sale, retention rates etc.
- Daily contact with partners to ensure appropriate plans and targets are in place to deliver the requirements every day
- Communicate and report to internal stakeholders on a daily basis the performance of the Affiliate channel
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure the sales targets are achieved
- Understand the sale team priorities and challenges and negotiate outcomes that ensure profit targets are achieved
- Manage and influence all internal stakeholders in sales, marketing and operations to ensure profit targets are achieved
- Influence and negotiate with partners to ensure quality outcomes are achieved
- Understand the market landscape in 3rd party lead generation and identify appropriate new partners - it is expected this role will develop relationships widely across the market to understand "best fit" partners
Requirements:
- Financial services experience is essential
- Managing up with senior Executives
- Online lead generation in Affiliate marketing
- Native, Social, PPC lead generation / advertising
- Contract negotiation and commercial terms
- Managing 3rd party relationships, KPI and SLA
- Project management
- P&L management, delivering profit
- Staff management
- Entrepreneurial, start up, small company experience
- Internal stakeholder management and strong influencing skills amongst senior managers with competing priorities
- 3rd party Affiliate management, negotiation and relationship development
- Performance management of 3rd parties
- Contract negotiation
