Are you a leading Performance Marketing Director with retail experience? This is a great opportunity to join an international fashion group on an initial 6 month contract.
You will play a pivotal part in leading the newly structured performance marketing division of the business helping to drive overall customer acquisition and retention and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities involved in this position will be:
- Build, lead and coach a team across digital marketing to produce high-quality commercial work then generates positive ROI
- Instill positive working culture and stability to newly structured teams
- Exceed customer expectations through analytical, within budget, tactical campaign delivery
- Provide brand competitive advantage through considered, creative and commercial customer acquisition strategies
- Determine, plan, deliver and measure group in-brand cross-channel performance marketing strategies
Key skills:
- Must be a digital expert with consumer focused experience ideally in a retail or fashion setting
- Must have experience managing team sizes of 10+
- Must have held similar level positions in the past
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to guide this function through the next 6 months as we exit lockdown and further open up the economy.
