Broad, global and autonomous Designer opportunity with an expanding European boutique asset manager.
An acquisitive, expanding and culturally diverse asset manager is seeking to grow its London marketing team. You will be the specialist Designer in the team, working with autonomy and genuine responsibility, whilst collaborating with the fund managers and researchers as well as colleagues from the European HQ and other offices.
Remit Overview:
- Manage and control the quality and layout of the library of documents, both updates of existing documents and production of new, through strict application of the corporate identity guidelines
- Conceptualise new ideas for phase two of the rebrand
- Lead on graphics for new audiences including PR, online and events
- Promote application of guidelines throughout the firm through hosting staff training sessions, posting of tips
- Manage the relationship and workflow with the outsourced agency, and be the first point of contact with them
- Manage and enhance the completion, and update procedure of, all standard documents and reports for the investment lines and Finance according to their requirements
- Propose graphical improvements and solutions for Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents in order to enhance internal adherence to guidelines and evolve certain current practices
- Develop identity guidelines to be more prescriptive
- Participate in all ad-hoc branding projects and the production of branded collateral and materialProfile:
Profile:
- Exposure, ideally, to asset management, or another strand of Financial Services
- Ability to handle demanding Sales teams with poise
- Expertise in branding both at the conceptual and visual level
- Experience in outsourcing DTP work and managing an external design agency
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently
- Proven ability to work to the highest levels of accuracy, against tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- European languages would be a bonus
