A really lovely fashion retail brand is looking for a french speaking Ecommerce Manager.
This brand sells globally online and internationally through a network of retail stores. They are looking for an enthusiastic French-speaking Ecommerce Manager to join their London team. With the objective of directly improving online sales performance for .com, and influencing the broader business.
ECOMMERCE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITES
- Spearheading the online trading strategy for .com, on all EU and US domains
- Heading conversion optimisation efforts and web improvements
- Carrying out commercial analysis for product range performance and CLTV
- Developing and continually optimising the SEO strategy
- Managing digital projects (loyalty club, on-site search, pop-up banners)
- Reporting on all aspects of .com online sales performance
- Spearheading our PPC strategy with a focus on customer acquisition: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Criteo
ECOMMERCE MANAGER EXPERIENCE
Whether you come from client-side or agency, they are looking for potential and enthusiasm over years of experience, so don't hesitate to apply if most of the following apply to you:
- You have an analytical and curious mind, and can make common-sense hypotheses from a variety of data sources, and know what level of detail to present to whom.
- You are enthusiastic about digital in general, and ecommerce in particular - you read all the blogs and can out-geek your colleagues.
- You are a French speaker.
- You are confident in presenting to senior management
- You are highly organised, able to prioritise opportunities and get things done in a small business environment.
- You already know the fundamental measurements and research techniques for the main digital marketing channels.
- You are familiar with best practice ecommerce UX, and the common user journeys from click through to sale.
- You are familiar with the principles of user testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Excel.
