Working for a large professional services company with over 20 brands, you will be a critical part of the digital team. This role is for a 12 month maternity leave cover reporting into the Group Head of Marketing.

This role requires you to have experience in line managing UX teams and having extensive experience managing Website Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line Manager and provide support to the UX team, which is made up of a team of 4, covering design and research.
  • Work closely with the Optimisation Team, Product Managers and the CTO to ensure requirements are communicated correctly throughout the project delivery.
  • Ensure that key digital deliverables are being achieved on time and to the project schedule.
  • Manage the delivery of UX/UI pipeline, balancing scope, schedule, communications and priorities
  • Provide project and UX updates in monthly board reports
  • A good understanding of the principles of UX design, prototyping and testing software (i.e. Figma, Miro, Lookback etc.)
  • Analyse and document current web performance to report on areas of focus and improvement in the future

About you:

  • At least 5 years digital marketing/project experience
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Cross-functional management skills, people management
  • Demonstrable experience website project delivery in a matrix or project team environment
  • Experience of scoping and building web pages and website journeys
  • Experience of managing multiple streams of projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Reporting and analysing results and drivers
  • Experience of managing site content through a CMS system, preferably WordPress
