Working for a large property development company and reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will join as an integral part of the digital team.

You will be responsible for driving online conversion and campaign conversion whilst advising on paid media and SEO.

This role is suitable for someone who has worked in the real-estate/property development industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Closely manage the planning, development and delivery of all online marketing communications across all paid and earned channels including portals, EDMs, online advertising, PPC, programmatic and SEO.
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate sales and performance data on a weekly and monthly basis, with clear presentation of conclusions and recommendations to optimise and fine-tune ongoing effectiveness of digital activity
  • Analyse and review targeting strategies and content and to ensure it is accurate, timely, high quality, based on insight, relevant to our audience and SEO optimised
  • Manage and optimise all web-based paid media channels to drive traffic to desired landing pages
  • Maintain the website with up to date, relevant and compelling content that supports sales conversions and optimises the customer experience
  • Manage the process of designing and developing the microsite pages for each development (incl. assets) to drive traffic and generate leads
  • Manage and deliver customer e-marketing communications, ensuring customers

You will have:

  • Proven experience of planning and delivering digital marketing activity at managerial level within a challenging marketing environment
  • Demonstrable experience of using Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CMS and CRM systems
  • Broad digital marketing experience spanning campaign execution and measurement (SEO, Paid Search and content marketing)
  • A proven track record of delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive profit and sales growth on time and within budget
  • Ability to convey business requirements and briefs to third party agencies, ensuring all activity is delivered in line with expectations
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK house building market, product, competition, development pipeline and legislation relating to property marketing.
