Digital Marketing Executive
Working for a professional body that has been around for over 100 years with members in over 100 countries you will be joining a marketing team of 6 as their new Digital Marketing Executive.
Their goal is to provide their members with valuable resources, networking opportunities, and industry insights that enhance their careers and businesses. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us amplify our reach and impact.
Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence and driving engagement with members. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies that promote the membership benefits, events, and services.
This is a hybrid role based in central London
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase membership acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate with current and potential members, driving participation in events and programs.
- SEO: Optimize our website and digital content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital /marketing, preferably within a membership or non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences.
Salary is £33,000 - £35,500 DOE
