Description

The Digital Designer will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Creative development of Banner Adverts, Online Advertisements, PowerPoint presentation images, icons, thematic devices and layout of editorial content
  • Consistent application of brand guidelines across digital and print media
  • Re-purposing of the agency created templates across media, events and platforms
  • Liaison with digital agencies and media partners to source, adapt and activate content
  • Provide timely updates to web pages, email templates and sales enablement collateral
  • Actively support the Marketing team to ensure the brand and mantra is strongly communicated to prospects, clients and internal stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of digital and offline creative design experience, ideally with a Digital Interactive agency or client-side B2B Technology Company
  • Understands how to scale, re-use and tailor creative concepts
  • Excellent conceptual and creative skills
  • Competent in the critiquing of creative concepts and copy
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritise and perform time-sensitive tasks
  • Has expertise in fundamental graphic and digital/interactive tools for creative design
  • Has developed creative designs for B2B websites
  • Has developed landing pages for lead generation programs
  • Has working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) e.g. WordPress
  • Superior graphic design skills
  • Must be able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint experience
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML 5.0 (desired)
  • Believes in fostering a positive work environment
  • Has worked in a cross-functional team environment
  • Copywriting and editorial experience a big plus
  • Video / webinar editing, and animation experience will also be a big plus

The Digital Designer will also be responsible for developing creative digital content for industry conferences and events. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of creative design experience working at a Creative agency, Digital Marketing agency, or B2B SAAS-based technology company.
