Working for a large FMCG company based in Chiswick reporting to the head of E-Commerce, you will lead the web analytics and insight function through their next stage of digital transformation.

You will have a strong understanding of conversion optimisation, how to evaluate and improve customer journeys across multiple sites and have proven experience turning insight into commercial actions.

Role Responsibility:

  • Lead all digital insights strategy, drive improvements throughout user experience and use analytics to make commercial decisions across the eCommerce platforms
  • Analyse results through all marketing and buying channels and make commercial suggestions on how to increase ROI's on campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team, E-com trading team and and wider brand and insights teams to provide valuable recommendations based of your expert analysis on how to drive conversion rates.
  • Develop web testing strategies and implement the testing process.
  • Use you expertise to make recommendations on customer journy improvements.

You Will have:

  • Strong experience in digital/eCommerce analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ideally working knowledge of Power BI
  • Have experience running testing
