We are seeking a talented Team Leader to join our Delivery team, wou will manage and develop corporate accounts focused across all sectors.

Our Delivery Team have a 270 focus, i.e. they are not responsible for any business development, they manage our accounts from large global powerhouses to start ups, overseeing processes through to candidate placement and beyond.

The team is a mix of proven recruiters and juniors who are learning recruitment, it’s a training ground to develop new talent as well as a means of servicing our key accounts.

The roles' responsibilities include assisting in the training and development of the juniors, who are usually fresh to recruitment, or at most have a few months’ experience. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for clients, taking new job briefs, attending client meetings and ensure successful account management. 

The team is very busy and have constant job flow, so the ability to prioritise and delegate the team’s job flow is important.

The role of Team Leader is a substantial one, you're expected to be a proven and capable recruiter, able to both lead a team by example and work autonomously. The team is focused on providing permanent staffing solutions to clients.

Responsibilities will include:
- Account management, you will manage key accounts, maximising their potential, networking them thoroughly, qualifying client requirements and reporting on the accounts performance.
- Full candidate and client full lifecycle management.
- Source candidates, using methods such as adverts, job board searches, networking, headhunting and referrals.
- Supervise junior staff to ensure that clients receive full post placement administration and candidate management support.

Candidates should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the marketing, communications or digital space.
- Successful track record of building a permanent recruitment desk.
- Ability to maximise existing client relationships.
- Strong relationship building and supervisory skills.
- Motivation to deliver excellent service and develop relevant market knowledge.
- Experience mentoring and training junior staff is desirable, but we are happy to consider someone moving up into this role.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience, plus market leading commission – with no thresholds, benefits and incentives.
