Customer Success Manager
Become a Sales and Customer Success Manager for a UK trade association. This organisation collaborates with its members to drive positive change, leveraging their expertise to influence and shape an economic and policy environment that enables businesses to thrive.
As the Sales and Customer Success Manager, you will focus on sales and elevating brand awareness, driving commercial growth through customer excellence, and utilizing sales channels, including CRM systems.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve commercial targets and expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and prospects.
- Engage with customers through email, phone calls, and meetings (both online and offline).
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing members by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Customer Success Reporting: Provide regular commercial reports and analysis to inform the sales strategy and monitor engagement and progress against performance and targets.
- Efficiently manage and update customer data within the CRM system
Key skills :
- Prior experience in a customer success role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system
- Business development experience
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
