An award winning SAP and IT Managed services company is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to play a key role in the optimisation of marketing initiatives, whilst reporting to the Group Marketing Director.
With huge plans for growth and a diverse client portfolio, you will co-own overall marketing results and take responsibility for all customer marketing programming and campaigns, and the metrics they drive.
A perfect opportunity for marketing specialists and/or generalist who would like to further develop and excel in account-based marketing, CRM and CX specialisms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives with the goal of customer retention and upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and develop a range of content including case studies, testimonials and filmed narratives that focus on bringing customers stories to life
- Take responsibility across three main lines of business, Digital Marketing & Branding Manager and Copywriter / Content Manager, to achieve strong results by focusing on customer retention and engagement tactics
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management
Skills and Experience:
- B2B / B2C marketing experience, in customer marketing
- Prior email, case study and customer story copywriting experience
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with changing expectations and responsibilities
- Exceptional project management skills
- Full UK drivers license is required
