CRO Account Manager | £35k - £45k + Bonus | Performance Marketing Agency Network - Central London
This award-winning digital marketing agency group, with 200+ employees and still counting, is fast-growing and now has a great opportunity for a new CRO Account Manager.
Welcomed by a young, bright and high-performing team of digital marketing pro's (25+), the successful CRO Account Manager will flourish in a warm culture that prioritises employees over all. Flexible working has been long-established at this market-leading agency and the CRO Account Manager can expect 1-2 days a week in their stylish Central London WeWork offices with the rest of the week from home if they wish.

About the CRO Account Manager Role
Responsibilities of the CRO Account Manager:
- Manage CRO campaigns for a mix of key accounts from blue-chip to quirky SME's
- Track and analyse performance with the relevant tools and report
- Collaborate with a vibrant paid media team at all levels from Directors to grads
Desired skills of the CRO Account Manager:
- Ideally, 2+ years experience using CRO testing programmes
- Agency or eCommerce enviroment experience preferable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with high-level project management and time management abilities
The CRO Account Manager will be offered a very competitive salary paying from £35k to £45k, depending on experience, and excellent company benefits including performance bonus, flexible working, free fruit, training and more.
