This client is connecting people across the globe - from enterprises operating in hostile environments and shipping fleets plying their global trade to airlines meeting passenger Wi-Fi demand and governments requiring mission-critical military satcoms.
They are also empowering isolated communities without reliable terrestrial or cellular coverage to benefit from the emerging global digital economy. Just one example is where, under the UK Space Agency International Partnership Programme (IPP), they are leading projects in Nigeria, Indonesia and the Philippines that use satellite connectivity to tackle challenges in healthcare, sustainable fishing, and disaster response.
This digital team has a fantastic and new digital leader who is looking to grow and improve digital activity across the business. AS the Digital Marketing Specialist your main purpose will be to maintain and run the CRM solution across corporate and individual business units. You will also work with the content and website managers.
The role,
- Primary point of contact for the Digital team in maintaining and running the Pardot CRM solution - producing email marketing campaigns
- Producing pptimised landing pages that support our Events, Corporate messaging, and BU Campaigns
- Working with business units (eg. Aviation, maritime, enterprise) to drive best practice and thought leadership
- Working with both the Digital Content Manager in the creative use of our Social Media channels, and the Web Development Manager in the enhancement of websites and portals
- You will contribute to the briefing process and support the delivery of campaigns to meet exacting deadlines by managing each step in the workflow.
You,
- Will need both strategic and hands on experience with CRM (Pardot experience is a bonus!)
- Experience with A/B testing
- Demonstrable experience of using CMS to update websites. WordPress experience preferred
- Have a broader understanding of the full digital mix including website, social, CRM and email
- You will be eager to learn and grow in a really exciting space (excuse the pun.)
- B2B experience is advantages
