Role description

Develop and implement a conversion strategy to convert leads into sales

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Review and understand the customer journey
  2. Identify enquirer volumes by channel, by enquiry method and by conversion to sale.
  3. Manage the Telemarketing process to help conversion
  4. Competitive reviews
  5. Migration to new system
  6. Strategic development
  7. To manage the above activity by ensuring all campaigns are carried out on time and within budget

Experience/Knowledge

  •  experience in a direct marketing role with conversion experience
  •  Commercial experience in Financial Marketing would be an advantage
  •  Proven track record in communications and budget management
  •  Understanding of data
  •  Experience in briefing and managing fulfilment companies and telemarketing agencies
  •  Analytical capabilities
