Are you an ambitious Financial Services Content Manager looking to take the lead on creating and delivering content strategy?
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain content strategy
- Design and manage the team's content calendar, ensuring communications align to the marketing and communications strategy
- Set up and manage a companywide editorial meeting
- Generate ideas for powerful content that can influence each stage of the customer journey
- Produce, revise, edit and proofread copy for use in marketing and communications campaigns and brand messaging
- Produce and edit engaging content including client and member communications, brochureware, presentations, advertising copy and email and web content
- Provide support to the broader Marketing team, such as producing events copy, award submissions and comment for the news media
- Optimise digital content according to SEO
- Act as the custodian of the brand across all our business communications
- Work with internal stakeholders to produce creative communications including scripts for webinars and videos and content for blogs
- Develop fresh ways to market content across different media, including blogs, long-form writing, video, podcasts and social channels
- Manage the blog
- Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders including wider marketing team, external designers, relationship managers, investment and compliance colleagues to ensure communications are carefully crafted, targeted and adhere to brand guidelines, style and tone of voice (once we have all of these!) and compliant
- Own the reporting of our comms performance and engagement, and work to improve how we engage with our customers on each and every piece of comms we produce.
- Develop and monitor reach, engagement and success metrics, feeding results into marketing strategy and the formulation of campaigns
