A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a membership organisation of finance professionals who are looking for a motivated and enthused Communications Manager.
The Communications Manager, EMEA will write, coordinate and edit original content for delivery through the media channels. This includes articles, blog posts, newsletter copy, social media content, marketing copy, talking points, speeches, and other executive communications materials and responsibility for internal communications in London and Brussels offices. Additionally, the Communications Manager, EMEA will serve as a key member of the global social media team and co-manage the Facebook page, oversee social media coverage of live events programming, and help execute paid social media campaigns in support of key business objectives. The position will be responsible for driving excellence in multimedia and cross-platform communications with the aim of engaging audiences and delivering regionally appropriate yet consistent key messages.
The successful candidate will have experience in communications, marketing, and/or public relations. You will need a strong understanding of communication channels, including social media and brand management, demonstrable achievements in building, strengthening and protecting brand equity, as well as previous proven experience in managing communications in a major organisation, agency or multi-national environment. Knowledge of the finance and investment industry is highly desirable. This opportunity not only offers exciting challenges and an excellent salary package, but the excellent prospect of travel (approximately 20% of the time).
