  • Responsible for the creation and development of insurance propositions in line with the overall strategy
  • Leverage industry, market, and consumer research to develop and enhance suite of borrowing product value propositions
  • Own and manage the product valuation framework, utilising this to ensure product economics are understood, appropriately robust, and clearly set out in proposals and programme reviews
  • Develop business-cases where relevant to evaluate and prioritise product changes
  • Optimise pricing strategies developing scenarios and recommendations to achieve an ideal balance across competitive, financial, and customer outcome considerations
  • Complete qualitative and quantitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities presenting findings to the leadership team
  • Work with User-Experience & Customer Services teams to ensure that customer experience is at the heart of every product decision, complexity is reduced wherever possible and that the product offering optimises the customer journey
  • Obsessively strive for product-market fit, evaluating customer feedback, acquisition and engagement performance


  • Product Management experience role within consumer finance, ideally in insurance
  • Solid background in product strategy, development and management
  • Experience in Data driven decision making
  • Good understanding of project management
  • Ideally strong experience across Excel
  • UK experience is essential
