Commercial Product Manager - Insurance

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and development of insurance propositions in line with the overall strategy
- Leverage industry, market, and consumer research to develop and enhance suite of borrowing product value propositions
- Own and manage the product valuation framework, utilising this to ensure product economics are understood, appropriately robust, and clearly set out in proposals and programme reviews
- Develop business-cases where relevant to evaluate and prioritise product changes
- Optimise pricing strategies developing scenarios and recommendations to achieve an ideal balance across competitive, financial, and customer outcome considerations
- Complete qualitative and quantitative assessment of competitors and their capabilities presenting findings to the leadership team
- Work with User-Experience & Customer Services teams to ensure that customer experience is at the heart of every product decision, complexity is reduced wherever possible and that the product offering optimises the customer journey
- Obsessively strive for product-market fit, evaluating customer feedback, acquisition and engagement performance
Requirements:
- Product Management experience role within consumer finance, ideally in insurance
- Solid background in product strategy, development and management
- Experience in Data driven decision making
- Good understanding of project management
- Ideally strong experience across Excel
- UK experience is essential
