I am currently working with a global client who, due to great expansion is seeking to hire their first Channel Marketing Manager to join their UK based marketing team based in London or Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a very niche and exciting Leading Career Development company. The purpose of this role to ensure strong partnerships with their 60 center's located across the global, it is important that the Channel Marketing Manager can leverage both market and channel insight to ensure a robust and credible plans that drive a strong ROI.

In addition, you will build, lead and manage excellent working relationships with our marketing counterparts in each account and work with them to achieve mutual aims and objectives. You will tailor our overall business strategy to the different channel environments whilst maintaining a consistent brand message across all test centers.

Your main duties will include:

  • Work with the credentialing leadership team to create a clear and coherent channel marketing strategic plan
  • Design, plan and manage execution of effective digital marketing campaigns to engage with the existing channel.
  • Ensure existing test centre's have access to clear, engaging and on-brand assets to allow them to exhibit and articulate the benefits of working in partnership with their brand.
  • Formalise partner engagement platforms and implement a process of continual improvement in the way PSI engages with its channel through effective communications and centre support.
  • Support the global operations team and internal departments involved in channel related activities through practical marketing assistance, advice and collateral, in their efforts to grow the test centre network.
  • Conduct market research projects into key areas such as delivery trends, applied technology and innovation, competitor activities and programme-specific intelligence.
  • Define and gather data on key performance indicators as part of credentialing marketing's regular reporting cycle to track brand value in the channel.
  • During the roll out of a programme mobilisation, you will work with the programme manager and broader credentialing marketing team to prepare the channel for programme launch and maximise the potential for projected volumes to be met or exceeded.

Key Requirements

  • Previous Channel Marketing Management experience within the B2B space required
  • Ideally a graduate with either a business or marketing degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, project planning tool
