The Project Manager's (PM) role is to galvanise both internal teams to get things done while ensuring all bases are covered. This role is particularly focused on the clients upcoming rebrand.
The PM will have a heavy focus on facilitating the rollout of the new brand across a multitude of touchpoints and supporting the marketing team with the delivery of marketing campaigns. Given the need to handle multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, the PM should be able to adapt quickly and keep track of changing needs and requirements without derailing delivery.
The Project Manager will be meticulous and detail-orientated but also appreciate the larger context when necessary.
What you'll be proud of achieving in 2021:
- Using project management tools, to build and manage campaign project plans, ensuring projects are properly resourced and deadlines are met.
- Supporting internal teams to resource projects including hiring and contract extensions
- Helping internal teams with clear task management, providing clear visibility of deadlines and key milestones and resolving any blockers
- Identifying and mitigating risks/issues to keep work streams on track
- Budget tracking and reporting
- Focusing on continuous improvement, spotting opportunities for more effective ways of working and increasing internal efficiency
- Ensuring key stakeholders provide decision making, sign off and feedback when needed
- Managing external vendor relationships
About you
- Exceptional communication skills
- Genuine interest in the wellbeing of others
- Extensive experience managing cross functional projects
- Confidence managing pressure and risks, able to prioritise and deliver effectively
- Team player mentality, professional at all times and able to build strong relationships at all levels
This will be a 5 month project with the ideal candidate to start asap.
