A global B2B financial services provider is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to design and implement on and offline acquisition strategies targeting the B2B real estate / property specialists to increase the uptake of credit financing.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and devise comprehensive B2B marketing strategies - on and offline!
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns for each, utilising a variety of channels, with the key objective of lead generation
- Manage a number of ongoing association, introducer and influencer partnerships, and seek out further suitable partnership opportunities
- Work closely with external digital agency to monitor and manage PPC campaigns
- Work closely with external SEO consultancy and internal Web Marketing team to continuously develop SEO strategy
- With an analytical mindset, gather data insights and report them to the management team on a regular basis in a clear, concise and consistent way
- Manage brand marketing budgets and demonstrate clear ROI against activity
- Identify and implement new marketing trends, techniques and opportunities
Requirements:
- B2B marketing in real estate / property - on and offline!
- Thorough understanding of the commercial property market
- B2B financial services would also be considered
- Solid understanding of marketing
- Expert appreciation of commercial sectors
- Ability to drive with ideally a clean licence
- Track record of managing multiple developments across a region
- Very good understanding of relevant health and safety and environmental legislation.
- Track-record of recruiting a team across different regions
- UK experience essential; no sponsorship will be given
