Working for a global entertainment brand with a presence in 8 countries this role requires a seasoned Business Analyst to deliver on key projects.
You will be reporting to the head of IT Solutions and will work for hand in hand with a global BA team. The business has a number of key projects that they are wanting to roll out over the next 12 months you will be guaranteed a varied but busy role.
This role is a permanent position and will be based in their office in Fitzrovia. There is also the option to work from home as they promote flexible working.

Key Requirements:
- Review and analysis of business requirements in line with the business's strategic objectives.
- Submit and review technology estimations.
- Provide support following the change management process.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, through surveys, interviews, and training.
- Act as the lead liaison between business and technology groups.
- Ensure that business and system requirements are documented in the form of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Use creative thinking to review the most suitable approach to deliver the best solutions for technology challenges.
- Conduct and facilitate user training.
- Manager RFP processes to support vendor management.
- Work to provide continuous improvement.
To be successful for this role you will need to be:
- An experienced Business Analyst who has had success working on IT projects.
- Have strong experience working with senior stakeholders and preferably international teams.
- experience in use case creation.
- Strong ability to self manage workload and experience in doing this.
- Have very good communication skills, be outgoing, engaging and able to build trusting relationships throughout the wider business.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of requirements management, business process modeling, use case modeling, use case specifications, and interface design.
