A fast growing, start up telecoms provider are currently looking for a BTL Marketing Manager to join their rapidly expanding marketing function. Based in central London, the company has been operating for 3 years and specialises in offering a range of internet services.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, as the BTL Marketing Manager you will develop campaigns and programmes to expand their customer base. This will include lead generation is locations we are looking to enter and converting the interest in the areas we are already operational in. Your role will cover all direct marketing channels both on & offline as well as running our CRM program.
Further responsibilities are:
* Developing and setting BTL strategy and operations
* Managing CRM program across consumer life cycle
* Setting and meeting forecasts for acquisition and retention
* Maintaining relationships with external suppliers and customers
* Identifying new suppliers that will enable the achievement of our key objectives
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate commercial experience, as this role will also be responsible for creating marketing strategy, managing agencies and campaigns. We are looking for someone for strong experience in managing direct to consumer marketing and comfortably with working to aggressive sales targets.
* Direct to Consumer marketing experience
* Knowledge and experience of telecoms and supporting products with an active supplier list that he/she can demonstrate can deliver results
* Knowledge of Broadband, Telephony and Pay TV products
* Expert understanding of the relevant competitive market
* Confident and positive communicator.
