Are you a brand marketer within the beauty industry, interested in leading the brand and campaign strategy for one of the UK's biggest brands? A Brand and Marketing Manager opportunity, operating across their growing beauty category.

As the Brand & Marketing Manager, some of your accountabilities will be:

  • Work with the business area to develop a 12-18mth category brand strategy and lead the delivery
  • Develop sub-brand strategies and lead the delivery of these
  • Develop world class, joined up customer experiences in-store, with a focus on ensuring in-store décor and VM work seamlessly together.
  • Influence the product offer to drive footfall and deliver an inspirational in-store and online experience.
  • Creates and delivers compelling, stand out briefs and activity against clear budgets, customer targets and commercial objectives to reflect the overall strategy and priorities of the business areas
  • Oversees and approves end to end delivery of customer and category/ cross-category propositions from development through to delivery / across all customer touch-points
  • Support business area's commercial rhythm and takes appropriate action to respond to market conditions and deliver commercial objectives

Skills required:

  • A background of brand management, within the Beauty industry.
  • High level of commercial acumen, able to shape and deliver commercial marketing strategies.
  • You will be able to deliver multi-channel marketing plans, ensuring a top quality and consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • A background of broad marketing roles within retail/fashion.
  • You will be able to shape, tweak and deliver brand and proposition development plans.
