Notably the use of CVs and/or other candidate information supplied by us will create a legally binding contract on the applicable terms below. However, where we provide services to you under a current agreement that has been signed by both parties, that agreement shall override our terms.
If you do not wish to proceed on this basis, you should immediately inform us, make no use of CVs and destroy them with information provided about candidates. You are under no obligation to make any offer of employment or engagement in respect of any candidate introduced.
