A well performing insurance provider is seeking a Website Manager. Following a successful 2020 the business is looking to relaunch the external website. As Website Manager you'll manage the web design from end to end including agency briefing and budget management. This role is a 12-month contract with the very strong possibility of going permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the end to end website relaunch with Head Of Marketing
  • Responsible for CRO and UX strategy - from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis
  • Manage planned and ad-hoc website content change requests and updates, including posting a regular stream of news articles to our websites, ensuring full optimisation (tagging, meta descriptions, links etc)
  • Conduct extensive testing for a number of website build and migration projects
  • Work with the wider team and external agencies to optimise sites
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to deliver on key metrics and KPIs through continuous website testing (A/B and MVT) and user experience improvements
  • Documentation of all tests run and analysis of learnings to serve as a knowledge bank of proven best practice
  • Manage SEO and all content creation
  • Monitor, analyse, and act on data to improve acquisition, engagement and conversion rates
  • Benchmark against competitor websites
  • Provide adhoc project support and/or management as required
  • Work closely with other teams who are driving paid traffic to the website
  • Monitor leads end-to-end from lead capture on the website through to becoming a customer

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on digital marketing experience ideally in B2B digital marketing
  • Track record of launching a new website with agencies
  • Experience in B2B insurance or B2B financial services or professional services is preferred
  • Proven UX optimisation and web A/B testing strategy creation experience
  • Strong digital marketing project management capability, and demonstrable experience of being a key project stakeholder in web-based projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Wordpress, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign
  • Organised team player with a can-do attitude, who can communicate and collaborate across departments and levels of the organisation
  • Degree or a higher education qualification
  • UK experience is essential
