A global, multi billion turnover organisation is now seeking a commercial VP Marketing to work in their new HQ in Parma.

The purpose of this role is to increase the visibility of the main product and drive profits for the service and product portfolio, as well as developing sales tools in order to support key accounts / KAMs and drive new growth opportunities. You will also be responsible for market research, analysis and reporting as well as managing the existing teams.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, develop and improve the sales team processes and tools, as well as the reporting systems
  • SWOT analysis
  • Establish and roll out effective commercial processes
  • Data cleansing, analysis and improvement
  • Market research in order to best represent the VoC
  • Drive the implementation of the annual 3 year Business Plan
  • Set the strategy for product, category and key account management

Ideally you will be coming from a manufacturing organisation and you must have B2B marketing experience in a large, international organisation. You need to have demonstrable experience in a role where ROMI and sales support was an integral part of the position. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is also necessary.
