Description

  • Requirement gathering from stakeholders and SMEs in one-on-one sessions and through participating in or leading workshops.
  • Perform formative user research, summative user experience testing and evaluation throughout the project or individual work task.
  • Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to depict proposed functionality to stakeholders, potential users, developers and other audiences.
  • Work with the design team and marketing agency to monitor brand guidelines and collateral consistency
  • Manage the progression of multiple projects and ad hoc UX /UI tasks
  • Championing web usability and access ability across our websites and digital touch points
  • Lead feedback sessions from fellow stakeholders; providing guidance, insight and support in UX thinking
  • Maintain the company's compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations
  • 2 Years previous experience in a UX and UI designer role is essential
  • 2 Years previous experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Axure, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • Experience in responsive design across multiple touch points is essential
  • Experience in working in an agile environments is desirable
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry is desirable
  • Good communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations using structure and style appropriate to your audience
