Reports to: Senior Consultant





Purpose of the job: You will be the go to person for digital talent! Your mission (if you chose to accept it) is to know all the best candidates on the market.





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Source top digital talent.

·       Meet with candidates to understand their motives and career drivers.

·       Brief candidates on their dream job.

·       Be on the ball with candidate tracking.

·       Write and upload rock star job adverts.

·       Be up to date with digital trends and share with the team!

·       Attend leading networking events.

·       Build a candidate network

·       Arrange interviews and provide interview feedback.

·       Be the flag bearer for the CRM best practices and ensure the database is up to date

·      The ability to build and apply market and sector knowledge to gain a competitive edge
