An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Manager to join a Global London based Construction Company. Reporting into the Head of Online, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Plan social media campaigns
  • Create and publish content
  • Develop campaign reports, presenting analysis/insight around performance. Highlighting where we can improve performance moving forward
  • Managing social media agency
  • Monitoring trends in online community tools, social media marketing and applications
  • Devising and executing strategies to grow and engage our target audience across core social channels in multiple countries
  • Planning, implementing and managing a social media budget, reporting on the performance of spend based on key metrics
  • Creating and developing engaging content across all channels - this will be achieved by a hands on approach
  • Managing paid social campaigns for channel growth and engagement

Skills/Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of social media ecosystems
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram experience
  • Strong project management, planning and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of SEO, PR and Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in social media
  • Client side experience
  • Copy writing expertise essential
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of managing a successful social media programme
  • Ability to grow audiences and engagement on the main social channels
  • Hard working, with ability to think and plan in a creative and proactive manner, whilst having the ability to react quickly as the responsive nature of social dictates
  • Meticulous attention to detail that will ensure the production of high quality, orginal and unique content
  • Results driven
