About the Content Manager Role

A sustainable, UK based baby product retailer is looking for a Content Manager to take them further on their growth journey.

The business has doubled in profitability over the last year and needs a Content Manager to come in and oversee the content team. The Content Manager will be able to shape the junior team members, providing them with mentorship and support as they help to deliver on content and tasks set by you.

Content Managers with 3-5 years of experience in delivering strategies and content calenders within B2C marketing should read on!

REMOTE role, option to work in London based WeWork if needed.

Travel to North West of England office once a quarter would be expected.

The Content Manager will:

  • Develop and deliver creative content strategy for social channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of social and content executives and freelance creatives, continuing to develop the business further.
  • Owning the strategy and delivery of social and content, long and short, reporting on the success using analytics tools.
  • Reporting on social media trends, identifying opportunities for brand development.

Required skills and experience of the Content Manager:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social and content marketing, ideally in B2C
  • 1 years experience managing a team
  • Demonstrable experience with managing campaigns and using analytics and scheduling tools.

The Content Manager will be offered a competitive salary, paying from £40,000-£50,000.
