The successful Senior Sales Manager will lead an experienced sales team to target c-suite stakeholders within large corporate enterprises. A Senior Sales Manager who also has experience in nurturing close relationships with internal c-suite stakeholders is a must.

About the Senior Sales Manager Role

Responsibilities of the Sales Senior Manager:

  • Lead strategic initiatives for all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Work closely with c-suite internal stakeholders from the Sales Director to Partner-level
  • Manage the sales team spanning across the UK
  • Drive new business within the accountancy firms core market (mid-large corporate clients)

Desired skills of the Senior Sales Manager:

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in sales within professional services
  • A track record of growing and managing a sales team of at least 3 people
  • Demonstrable experience of winning new business deals with large corporate accounts

The Senior Sales Manager will be offered a very competitive salary paying from £60k to £70k, depending on experience, and excellent company benefits.
