Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on their product, their competition, and the regulatory environment
  • Develop solution positioning and messaging by understanding the market and the challenges key buyer personas face
  • Build a clear and consistent narrative to describe their product and services, highlighting key benefits, features, and differentiators
  • Regularly engage with customers to refine target segments, personas and pain points for each solution
  • Work cross-functionally to define and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for their solutions, including pricing models
  • Develop a library of product marketing materials for use in different channels and settings - e.g., presentation materials, brochures, product spec sheets, white papers, online content, training content for both new and existing customers
  • Enable the sales teams at all levels on their product/service value proposition and messaging, develop internal training materials and train colleagues (particularly sales) on our product
  • Create compelling and easy to understand presentations to convey their vision for the market, solution strategy, features, benefits and anticipate industry trends
  • Fully own and manage the marketing launch of new products and services, as well as the migration of legacy customers, coordinating with the marketing team
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to make sure their field plans are infused with rich knowledge about our solutions, target markets and buyers
  • Partner with the marketing and the digital team to drive product awareness and adoption, and measure and optimise performance
  • Manage a product marketer
