Description

Responsibilities:

* Defining and delivering the UK consumer marketing engagement strategy.

* Providing thought leadership to the marketing department; particularly leading the planning, project management, adoption and benefits realisation of all elements of the martech programme.

* Providing strategic leadership on marketing technology implementation and prioritisation and the marketing vision that they will support.

* Create and own delivery roadmaps for all strategic data and technology implementations and hold delivery teams to account.

Requirements:

* Experience in CRM solutions, Data Management Platforms (DMP), marketing automation, and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment, particularly Teradata and SalesForce Marketing Cloud.

* Knowledge of marketing best practices and multiple marketing channel execution as well as prior proven experience of successful management of large-scale programmes.

* A results-driven individual with exceptional analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of customer behaviour, programme effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI.

* A highly skilled individual in marketing automation systems and have the capacity to integrate those systems with emerging marketing technologies.

* The ability to consultatively engage with senior and technical stakeholders and to quickly make complex decisions.

* Experience in marketing operations and / or marketing technology.
