Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CVM marketing plan for the various business units and support cross category campaigns, increasing cross-sell, upsell and retention.
  • Implement a programme of test and learn across all channels including email, SMS and outbound aimed at increasing efficiency and improving conversion/value.
  • Actively manage the CRM solutions (Adobe, Salesforce & retained agency partners) for delivery of campaigns and reporting.
  • Manage a range of internal stakeholders to improve the integration between the different product categories and marketing teams into one 1-2-1 marketing comms plan.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure high quality delivery of creative and technical solutions.
  • Segment the customer database and identify most valuable customers and create a targeted strategy to build long-term relationships.
  • Regularly provide reporting to a range of stakeholders.
  • Manage a small team of 3 CVM campaign managers.

Requirements:

  • Have a good working knowledge of CRM campaign management platforms (ideally Adobe or Salesforce) but experience with any suitably advanced platform will be considered.
  • Have undertaken a customer marketing role in a Financial Services, Insurance, Telco or other relevant industry such as Retail.
  • Experience can come from either client or agency side, but ultimately must be able to work across a matrix organization in dealing with different stakeholders and product areas as a central point of contact.
  • Be commercially and customer driven.
  • Must have strong planning skills.
  • Be able to understand data and be analytically minded.
  • UK experience is essential
