Reporting to the Insights Manager you will partner with the loyalty marketing team to provide critical insights into consumer behavior and how consumers are reacting with the scheme. This team will trust in you to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Loyalty Marketing team to deliver key insights into consumer behavior, consumer segmentation and opportunity to grow loyalty members.
  • Analyze complex data to provide in-depth insights around consumer behaviors, trends, and areas of improvement and opportunity.
  • Lead on the testing function and strategy to ensure that marketing and communications spend is being utilized effectively with solid results.
  • Analyze the customer life cycle and identify areas for improvements.

About you:

  • Experience working with loyalty or reward schemes before - this is critical for this role.
  • You will need to be confident in SQL and have the ability to run complex SQL queries
  • Have experience working with consumer data and providing actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • R or Python for Statistical Analysis
  • Tableau or other visualisation tools.
  • The ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with large, complex and diverse data sets.
