Position Overview:
A leader within Technology is looking for an UK/I Field Marketing Manager for their Big Date product. This Manager will lead a focused regional strategy and program delivery for the market opportunity in the UK/ I territory. As the marketing lead and primary liaison to the sales team, this field-based position is a senior role requiring experience both in strategic marketing and managing the core lead development activities to drive revenue opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Drive marketing strategy and implementation to deliver pipeline coverage for sales organization.
* Develop and implement a marketing plan to support revenue goals, including corporate alignment, alliance partner and directly-managed tactics, campaigns, events and activities to executive, management and technical audiences.
* Works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Channel partner teams (BUSs), and Inside Sales to ensure market awareness and pipeline opportunity.
* Manage a regional marketing dashboard that tracks effectiveness / impact of marketing spend on pipeline.
* Provides leadership on field requirements for integration in corporate-run marketing programs
* Ensure feedback from sales to go-to-market organizations to deliver close alignment between regional marketing investment and sales requirements.
* Delivers a marketing plan of record to ensure alignment with corporate and partner programs as appropriate.
Requirements
* Multiple years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience
* Experience in field events, partner activities, tradeshows and all key regional-based marketing activities
* Able to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
* Ability to lead others by influence and develop strong relationships across the organization (sales, marketing, finance, leadership teams)
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability
* Ability to travel 30% of the time
* High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and preparedness
* Comfort and experience with being the go-to marketing resource in the field, managing in a matrixed environment
* Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
