A leading international payments organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Payments Manager to join their Consumer Europe division. The digital payment vision is to be the brand of choice for consumers wanting simple and rewarding payment experiences - anywhere, anytime, on any device. This role is a critical role in the development and commercial ownership of specific products and propositions to achieve this vision.
As a commercial and product lead, you will own the development and delivery of industry leading digital payment propositions in the UK, growing and retaining new and existing customers, driving customer profitability through market leading customer management strategies, new customer engagement strategies, driving increased transactional activity and leveraging compelling customer engagement.
You will own the delivery and ongoing management of market leading propositions in the Remote and Proximity Payments space. This will involve developing research and insight into proposed propositions, market test against customer needs and define "go-to" operation and business models across the 4Ps. You will own the customer experience for the propositions and deliver the experiences required to become a leader in digital payments. You will also evaluate and negotiate commercial deals with external suppliers and distribution partners to drive accelerated success in the Digital Payments space. In addition you will be tasked with identifying and proposing new opportunities for delivery of growth within digital payments and deliver test projects and roll outs of initiatives based on value generation.
Financial, leadership, technical, commercial, and proposition development skills are required to deliver the overall objectives. Knowledge of trends, commercial drivers and products within the UK consumer payments market is required as is experience in NFC/ Remote payments, specifically demonstrating the knowledge around trends, technological movements, and consumer behaviors. Financial services industry experience is key as is digital and mobile experience.
