Description

In this role you are supporting and co-creating the delivery and execution of CRM activity across various aspects of the loyalty programme. You will be delivering relevant and rewarding communications that the company's customers will grow to love. Together with this you will ensure we strive towards super charged communications and rewards that customers really connect with on all levels. All campaigns will drive incremental value, and drive behaviour within the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the CRM strategy for a cross section of business units within the company.
  • Co-create the team omni channel approach, ensuring all campaigns are customer first and driving towards a joint loyalty journey.
  • Support the team to manage the agreed markdown or campaign budget, ensuring each campaign drive incremental sales and drives clear customer benefit against core KPI's.
  • Form a strong relationship with the delivery partners.
  • Ensure all campaigns are performing against key performance metrics.
  • Introduce key trends from loyalty outside the retail industry and share with the team where appropriate.

Your Profile:

  • Loyalty and CRM experience.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Agency management experience
  • Stakeholder engagement experience (desirable)
