Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of impactful and cohesive brand identities (internally and externally)
  • Help develop on and offline brand guidelines
  • Support with brand reputation queries (via social media and PR)
  • Work closely with the wider business to optimise the product and service
  • Help with the creation and deployment of a new brand strategy as required
  • Support the development of strong brand governance processes and work with the wider business to ensure these are implemented and monitored
  • Monitor community dialogue, feedback and sentiment - synthesise and make recommendations for action
  • Coordinate campaign activities and track results as required
  • Write and review copy for media and websites as required

Requirements:

  • Track record of developing and maintaining brand guidelines ideally in financial services or experience from a well-known corporate
  • Brand experience in agency would also be considered
  • Excellent writing skills and organisational skills
  • Agency management (brand, design and / or digital marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • UK experience essential
